Dr. Sean Lee received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College where he achieved a Bachelors of Arts in Neuroscience and French. He then completed dental school at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine where he grew up in New York State, graduating with Distinction and achieving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). During his time in dental school he achieved multiple honors and also concurrently served as National Editor for the American Student Dental Association, where he helped to oversee national discourse on critical topics impacting dental care. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Lee moved to the Bay Area where he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Highland - UCSF. There he served as chief resident at Highland Hospital, UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente Oakland. During this time he received extensive training in dentoalveolar surgery (including dental implant and wisdom tooth surgery), adult and pediatric anesthesia, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, oral pathology, and facial trauma.
Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dog. He also enjoys golf, tennis, and live music.
