Rotary Way Oral Surgery in Vallejo, CA
Board-Certified Oral Surgeons with a Focus on Patient Comfort
19 Rotary Way Vallejo, CA 94591
Rotary Way Oral Surgery in Vallejo is built around one idea: that expert surgical care and genuine patient comfort are not mutually exclusive. Our board-certified oral surgeons provide dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, extractions, and a full range of oral surgery procedures with sedation options that let you choose how much you want to be aware of during treatment.
We see patients who have been putting off oral surgery because they are anxious about the procedure, and we see patients who simply want the most comfortable experience possible. Either way, our Rotary Way oral surgery team uses 3D imaging for precise planning and offers IV sedation, general anesthesia, and other options to make sure you feel safe and at ease from start to finish.

About our practice
Oral Surgery Without the Anxiety
Many patients who walk through our door at Rotary Way Oral Surgery have been putting off treatment because they are nervous. Some have had difficult dental experiences in the past. Others simply feel uneasy about surgery. We understand all of that, and our approach is designed around it.
Every consultation starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We explain what we see, what we recommend, and why. You ask questions. We answer them honestly. And when it is time for the procedure, our sedation options give you full control over your experience. Local anesthesia handles minor procedures. Nitrous oxide takes the edge off. IV sedation puts you into a relaxed sleep where you are unaware of the procedure but can still breathe on your own. And general anesthesia is available for longer or more complex surgeries. Our team monitors your vitals throughout.
Wisdom Teeth Removal Under Sedation
Wisdom teeth removal is one of the most common reasons patients visit Rotary Way Oral Surgery, and it is also one of the procedures that causes the most pre-visit anxiety. Here is what actually happens: you arrive, our anesthesia takes effect within minutes, and you wake up when it is over. Most patients tell us they remember nothing and felt no discomfort during the procedure.
We evaluate each case with 3D imaging to understand exactly where your wisdom teeth sit before we begin. That includes emerging wisdom teeth that have not yet caused symptoms and fully impacted teeth buried deep in the bone. We also treat pericoronitis, the acute gum infection that sometimes develops around partially erupted wisdom teeth.
Dental Implants Planned with Precision
A dental implant is only as good as its planning. At Rotary Way Oral Surgery, every implant case starts with a 3D CT scan that shows bone density, thickness, nerve location, and sinus proximity in full detail. That information drives the surgical plan so there is no guesswork and no surprises.
We place single implants, multi-tooth implants, and full arch restorations (All-on-4) for patients who need an entire row of teeth replaced. Hybrid dentures and full mouth implant solutions are also available. If your bone has thinned from tooth loss, bone grafting and sinus lifts rebuild the foundation so your implants have the support they need to last.
Extractions Handled with Care
Whether it is a single damaged tooth or a full mouth of teeth that need to come out before dentures or implants, our surgeons approach every extraction with the goal of making it as smooth as possible. Sedation is always available, and we place bone grafts at the time of extraction when future implant placement is part of the plan. Socket preservation prevents the bone collapse that typically follows tooth loss.
Full-Scope Oral Surgery
Our team also performs corrective jaw surgery, manages facial trauma and jaw fractures, biopsies suspicious oral tissue, exposes impacted canines, removes tori, and handles teeth exposure for orthodontic patients.
